Please RSVP as soon as you are able so we can plan accordingly.

Most events will take place outdoors.
The Lake Wales ceremony and reception are fully outdoors. Some weekend gatherings (such as the welcome party or rehearsal dinner) may take place indoors or partially indoors.
The Los Angeles celebration will also primarily take place outdoors.
We recommend planning accordingly for weather.
-
March in Florida is typically warm and humid, particularly in the afternoon and evening.
Light, breathable fabrics and comfortable footwear are strongly encouraged.
Los Angeles evenings in March are generally mild but can cool off after sunset.
-
Most events will take place outdoors, so we recommend attire that is comfortable, breathable, and appropriate for warm weather.
The Lake Wales celebration will take place on grass, and the Los Angeles celebration will be partially outdoors near a pool. Footwear that is stable on outdoor surfaces is strongly encouraged.
Please navigate to the Wardrobe page for visual examples to help guide tone and level of formality.
-
Parking details will be shared closer to the event, but most guests will park at a nearby marina and be transported to the property via golf cart.
Limited parking will be available closer to the house and will be prioritized for guests with mobility needs.
Because the location is rural, we strongly recommend renting a car if traveling from out of town.
-
The Chateau Marmont offers valet parking, though availability can be limited. Rideshare is strongly encouraged for convenience.
-
Backup plans are in place for both locations.
In Lake Wales, events may move to a nearby indoor property if weather requires.
In Los Angeles, indoor space within the hotel will be available.
While rain is unlikely for early March in both locations, we are prepared just in case.
-
Children are welcome at the Lake Wales celebration. If enough families are attending, we will do our best to arrange childcare options.
The Los Angeles celebration will be an adults-only event.
-
We will do our best to accommodate accessibility needs.
The Lake Wales property includes mostly level outdoor space, though some areas may include uneven ground. A handicap-accessible restroom is available inside the house for guests who need it. Trailer restrooms will also be available, though they include a small set of stairs.
Please reach out if you have specific questions so we can help plan accordingly.
There may be stairs leading to the Bungalow at the Chateau Marmont, but we are happy to provide assistance if alerted.
-
Yes. Food and beverages will be served at all events.
The Lake Wales celebration will feature Italian fare, while the Los Angeles gathering will include some classic local favorites.
-
We welcome photos and videos throughout the celebrations. We simply ask guests to be mindful of not blocking others' views or having phones visible during key moments of the ceremony.
-
Most guests will be invited to one event. A small number of guests may receive invitations to both locations.
We are grateful for any way you are able to celebrate with us.
-
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and getting settled. We hope to be able to greet most people as they arrive and will provide some sips and snacks before the ceremony.
-
Please reach out through the Contact page and we will be happy to help.
-
Yes, seating will be provided for the ceremony and reception.
-
We are planning for shaded areas where possible, though guests may wish to bring sunglasses or light layers.
-
The atmosphere will be celebratory but relaxed. We encourage attire that is comfortable and appropriate for outdoor settings.
-
If traveling to Lake Wales, we strongly recommend renting a car. Rideshare services are available but can be limited due to the rural location.
Transportation will not be provided.
If you’re traveling to Los Angeles, we suggest using rideshare services unless you're planning to go to Disney or the beaches. In that case, it may be cheaper to rent a car.
